Our refund policy:

We do store credits for sizing issues and if your item is lost in the post excluding postage costs. However, you must notify us your return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your item for this to be valid. The item must be in original condition with all original packaging, we will not accept items that or broken so please be carful when unpacking.

The customer must pay for postage to return an item, we will not be responsible if it is lost as it is your responsibility to get tracking.

If item is damaged and you contact us in the 7 day period and send photo of proof, where possible we will send you a new replacement free of postage charge or give you a full, or partial refund credit for broken magnets.

We do not refund sale items.

We can not refund international customers, we can offer you a store credit or exchange.

For ALL exchanges international and U.S. postage cost must be paid again by the customer for your exchanged item to be sent

Postage cost is a standard $5.75 ($5.75 for as many items as you wish), unless you spend over $50 you will get free postage U.S. wide. Our postage is USPS Priority Mail or First Class, we choose postage as we want your items to arrive safely and timely. So you can have you banging new magnets for the weekend or that special project.

International postage is $16.95 International Priority Mail anywhere in the world, import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
