This is a 5 piece set of Beautiful Red Oak Pen Blanks, suitable for the majority of pen making kits/hardware. Red Oak is a timeless, American classic, great for small items because it is heavy, hard and stiff and has high shock resistance.. A wood that is easy to work with and the finished product is very pleasant to the eye. Each piece is 3/4" x 3/4" x 5 inch long, NOT predrilled. You can drill and then turn the rod on the lathe to your specifications. These pieces can be cut to fit a lot of your project needs. We also carry other exotic wood.
